Privacy Policy
Who we are
This website is operated by MYRAI, registered under CNPJ 68.112.294/0001-87, based in São Paulo, Brazil. For the data described here, MYRAI is the controller under Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018 — LGPD).
What data we collect
We only collect what you provide in the project form:
- your name and, optionally, your company name;
- your email and, optionally, your WhatsApp/phone number;
- project type, budget range and timeline (optional);
- the description of your project.
When you visit the site, our hosting infrastructure automatically processes technical data such as IP address, browser and pages visited, to deliver content, prevent abuse and keep the site secure.
We do not use tracking, advertising or analytics cookies. The site only stores your light/dark theme preference in your browser (localStorage), and it never leaves your device.
How we use it

We do not sell or rent your data, nor use it for third-party advertising.
Who we share it with
Data is accessed only by the MYRAI team and by vendors that run the service on our behalf:
- Cloudflare — website hosting and security;
- Supabase — our CRM database, hosted in São Paulo;
- MillionSend — internal email notification of new requests;
- Zoho — the business mailbox that receives messages.
If you choose to talk via WhatsApp, the conversation is also subject to WhatsApp/Meta policies. Some vendors may process data outside Brazil; in that case, transfers follow the safeguards of art. 33 of the LGPD.
How long we keep it
We keep request data while a commercial conversation is ongoing and for up to 24 months after the last contact. If the conversation becomes a contract, the data follows the contract terms and legal and tax obligations. After that, it is deleted or anonymized.
Your rights
Under the LGPD (art. 18), you may, at any time and free of charge:
- confirm whether we process your data and access it;
- correct incomplete or outdated data;
- request anonymization, blocking or deletion;
- request portability;
- know who we share it with;
- withdraw consent and object to processing based on legitimate interest.
To exercise any right, write to contato@myraihub.com.br. We reply within 15 days. You may also file a complaint with Brazil’s National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).
Security
The site uses encrypted connections (HTTPS), data access is restricted to our team and protected by authentication, and the database enforces row-level access rules. No system is 100% invulnerable, but we handle incidents as a priority and will notify data subjects and the ANPD when required by law.
